I had to update my card and now no calls or text for over an hour

When was your renewal. Updating credit card has nothing to do with your service UNLESS today was your renewal and service did not renew. Then you have to pay manually and restart service.

@Jasonstoddart After you update credit card you need to make manual payment you do this in your account payment page . Also you can buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart 7-11 or shell gas name to few and load the funds *611 to resume services right away also . From that point your account should renew on its on with updated credit card and to be sure make sure you have auto subscribe turned on in your account
Turn auto subscribe off/on
