Another way, @Janice33 , is to go into your self-serve and under the Profile tab, change your number.
There you'll find an option to port a number from another provider. Simply enter the prior mobile service provider particulars, and follow the prompts.

You can ask for the porting request to be reinitiated. I will send you the number, check your messages by clicking your avatar and clicking inbox.

@Janice33 I’ll send you the porting team number private message and give them the account number and they can re trigger the port request for you . Don’t forget to put old providers sim in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port
