Some customers recently have more success in updating their credit card inforamtion via the PM app (versus website).

to update credit card, login My Account using a browser, go to Payment -> Manage Subscription -> Manage Payment Method and update
but if you see an error during the update, it is kind of a common problem. You can choose to wait 24 hours first and try again using browser with Incognito mode, or you can buy a voucher and pay if you need to resume service now. You can buy the voucher from any Shoppers Drug Mart store, or any Loblaw's brand supermarket. Then load the voucher using My Account, PM app or by calling *611

Try to use computer, incognito more, clear cache.
If everything fails open a ticket and ask agent for assistance.
