Conduct a search for Welcoming to PM on possible email addresses you have accounts on.
If you can’t find it, you need to contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account and once credentials are confirmed.

@BarbaraBrubache Unfortunately, you won't be able to sign into your self serve account without the correct email and if you've forgotten the email or don't have access to the email you registered with, then you will need to ask customer support to change the email address as only they can change it for the phone account but you can update it yourself for the Community account. Once the email is changed by CSA's make sure to update the email address in your Community profile (via your Avatar>My Settings) to ensure that you receive any email notifications or Community Rewards (if applicable).

First try to use the Reset Password link there on the login page (or direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password) enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works
If you are unable to self reset the password, PM support will be able to help
