If never created a My Account before (since I see you around here since 2020...this may be the case if you activated in store) and your account is currently in suspended status you can look into obtaining a voucher to make a payment through 611, see here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles?q=vouchers

If this is you case, once account is active you can submit a ticket with CSA to get My Account created, here: Create, forgot or change My Account email or password link

Once you've logged in, go to the payment section. There is a manage credit card option.
