Having trouble signing in. to do this

 @DwaineOD : You can still log in using a defunct address. It's just a login. But no, emails from here for your account (and maybe community) would disappear into the ether.

@DwaineOD if you meant the email address you used to create self serve My Account not exist anymore,  then you will have to open a ticket with PM support to have them change for you.   

 

1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start with typing "Forgot Log In Information", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply and work with you  via messaging there

@DwaineOD   Then use the links I provided to contact customer support as they're the only ones who can change the email on account for you.  Good luck.

The only way to update your self-serve e-mail address is by contacting a CSA.  Do that here 

 

You may also want to update your Community e-mail address afterwards by tapping your 'paper airplane' avatar upper right, go down to My Settings, then amend the e-mail address there too.   

 

This assures both services are appropriately connected for reward or other account maintenance purposes.

you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to 
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

only them can change your email,

@DwaineOD   If you have more than one email, then try all of them and make sure there's no typos involved. 

 

Otherwise since the email is your login username for the self serve account, it can only be changed by asking customer support.  Click the chatbot bubble bottom right of the screen to get assistance if that's the case.
