Update email address

Hi,

My husband is unable to login to the app because his email address is no longer active. How can he get back into his account using his phone number as the verification code instead of his email. His phone number is ###-###-#### and his email address on the account was ****@***.

Hi,

Yes we can login with the old email and correct password but the verification code goes to his old email which we do not have access anymore. So we can't proceed any further. The only option I get is to resend code, cannot go past that step. So wha do we do next? I tried contacting an agent and they told me to ho to Community. I'm running out of options and getting very frustrated.

This is a public community forum so please remove his personal information by clicking on the V in circle and edit it out.

Please note that the login email is just the login ID. You should be able to login using the old email as long as the password is correct. Click on Resend Code or Didn’t Receive Code and there are options to have the 2FA code sent by text to his phone or voicemail. The email option won’t work for him.

Once in his account, go to Account tab-Secure by EverSafe and change to new email address.

If he is still having issues login then contact a CS_Agent and they will reply back to him in the morning.
