@DarrellAdams if eSIM, you can simply get a new one. if your last eSIM was bought 15+ days ago, it should be free
Download Public Mobile ap on the new phone and login. Then go to Account -> Purchase Sim card and choose eSIM and buy and install

You sure you want the sim card puk? There are different puk the phone can ask for. What is the error message you got? What brand of phone you have?
