It worked for me. I have a suspicion that to many failed attempts is causing credit card lock out.

also, it is not a good choice to use a phone number for user name, you might want to ask support agent to change it for you

@Charley2 , used the app making sure that location permission is granted and that app cache is deleted before accessing the account.

wait an hour and try again using both browser and app
if you use browser, use Incognito/private/secret mode.
if you still cannot update card info, get a voucher from Shoppers drug mart and use *611 to load the voucher. Or get the voucher online from recharge.com
