Update Credit Card Info

Do I have to go through CS Agent in order to update my Credit Car

I believe that you can login to your account to update your credit card manually. Login, click on the payments button, click on the manage payment method, and click on update card information. Hopefully, this is helpful.

No. You can try to do it yourself but if it fails (even with different browser or using incognito mode) do not push it and contact agent for assistance or you will cause fraud lock.

Login to My Account. 

Then click Payment on the left to launch the Payment page. 

Then click Mange Payment Method button 

Finally, click Update card information. 

You can then make the change there
