I'm sorry I misunderstood your question. You can log in to your account to Change My Number. That way the account just continues without any problem. With Public Mobile, there is no refunds.

once you successfully transfer your number to new network, your PM account is deactivated automatically. There's no refunds, partial or full...and no pro-rated refunds either.
