Unsubscribe the plan

I unsubscribed my plan as it was reactivate on april 1/2 i unsubscribed but they charged me why i can’t get my money back. I want my that payment back as i cancelled the service since last night

I cancelled the subscription via opening the account on browser to stop payment. But

hi @Roop2 

did you actually toggle off "Subscribed" on My Account or turn that off on the app?

PM has a no refund policy.  But if you did what you supposed to , check with PM agent.  Also ask them to remove the credit card from the system so they cannot charge you again

 submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")

you will need to check with PM on that and show the the proof

Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:
