My phones been used for almost a month with this SIM card then yesterday afternoon it was reading unregistered sim I’ve taken the sim out put it in another phone it works fine also tried a different sim in the original phone any idea what would cause this ?

Try again...it's there. Click link, then scroll down to Check your phone.

Was this a Kijiji purchase? If so, I am not surprised at all.

That’s the first thing I checked yesterday when it happened it seemed to be fine However today it appears to be on the blacklist thank you for your help now to track down the seller

You can try going into your Cellular network settings and manually selecting Public Mobile as your Network operator.

Can you please go to https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-started and enter the IMEI of your phone? It will show if the phone has been declared lost/stolen.
