Hi There,
I have a PM account and I have an iPhone 6s that is locked to Telus/Koodo/Public Mobile, can I get an unlock code for it? What do I need to provide?

My iphone 6s was locked to Bell and I sent them a message via Twitter (Bell Support).
They responded quickly and sent me an email later with how to change SIM card.

just bear in mind that you are able to use your device across Telus and its subs, Koodo, and PM without unlocking. But yes, getting the code should be no issue if you contact the company you bought the device from. Which is now provided to customers in all cases without incurring any unlocking charges.

PM staff should be able to help you when you send them a private message with all the necessary info. Send them a private message using this link: @CS_Agent, provide them with your name, account number, IMEI # and an explanation of the issue and they will be able to look into the matter for you.
