Hi my account was frozen for the last couple of months. How do I unfreeze my account/number?

When was the last day you made a payment on the account?
Otherwise, when was the last day you had services, exactly.
When you dial 611 from the device, the messaging you hear will tell you whether the account is retrievable or lost.

The only way to restore service is to make a payment. PM is a prepaid service so no pay no service. Dial 1-855-4PUBLIC to check in the status of your account. Nonpayment for longer than 90 days…your account will be closed (no access to your account), SIM rendered useless and you lost your number.

How many months have the account been frozen for? If longer than 90 days account might be permanently lost.
If you are able to login, try and make a payment to resume services. If longer than 90 days, will not work.
If you need more assistance or cannot access the account which was frozen less than 90 days contact public mobile at the link below.
