Hi I am new at Public Mobile. Can someone please help me understand the payment history details? I subscribed to 90 days/6GB promo and I just ported and activated my sim today. When I signed in and checked the payment history, there are so many charges. I don't understand why it's like that. There's unlimited canada wide calling charge which I didn't subscribe. what does "available funds" mean? Please help. Thank you

Happy to help!
The Self Serve payment history includes information on what you purchased, the cost, and when the purchase was made. Please note, we only provide history for your last 180 days.
The credits (payments) are what you pay with a credit card or voucher.
The debit contains the amounts used for the plans (ex. highlighted in yellow) or add-ons.
The balance (ex. highlighted in red) contains the remaining amounts on the account.
*** If you require the bills you will need to contact the moderators.
The bills will be sent by email within 30 working days.

Is your phone working?
Was your credit card charged correctly?

the various line items simply break down each service for you. another trick you can use is try topping upto 120 and then pick the promo plan again. It worked for some people and they got service. The mods will later add the difference to your account.

if you are trying to get the FM promo, then the system messed up somewhere.
Unfortunately it is time to contact the mods and it`ll take 24-48 hours. Please include sim#, phone#, email used during activation, and detailed description of what happened.
