I received a $40 charge on my bank account from public mobile when I never had any public mobile service and never gave any information to them

anyone in your household used your card?
and before you dispute your amount with your credit card, remember Koodo or Telus sometimes would charged using Public Mobile account. It happened before. So, make sure that is not a Koodo or Telus charge before you dispute the charge with credit card
