Unapproved Payments on My Credit Card

Since January 2026 I have noticed an extra charge on my credit card for Public Mobile charges. I login to MyAccount and I don't have any subscriptions that match this charge. Is there a way to contact Public Mobile to look into this at all? Chatbot isn't working and I'm kind of stuck here. Anyone else ever had this issue and was able to resolve it?

how much extra? is that a one time extra transaction? or maybe a dollar or so in every transaction? 

Remember PM is now charging E911 fees for the government and it will be slightly more in each bill.  Tell us more and we can try to help
