Try rebooting, resetting network settings, reinserting SIM card. Also try sim in another unlocked phone to see whether phone vs account problem.

Phone was working fine. Transfer was done over a month ago

@Ancestral01 hi did you just activate an account if you transferred your number from another provider you have to leave your old Sim in your phone to receive transfer request you have 90 minutes to reply yes if you don’t your port will be stuck I will send you the number to call to reinitiate your port
