Any chance that you have used this card on 2 other public mobile accounts already? I found that there is a limit of 2 accounts per credit card for some reason. In attempting to activate 5 lines, I had to use 3 cards to make it happen.

I also have the same issue when I used my Tangerine MasterCard to pay. I have contaced the Mods and my bank, both sides claimed nothing abnormal. Finally I changed my payment card and everything came to the end. So just try to use another card to pay, if still does not work, let @Shazia_K@Mary_M@Caroline_D Mods know or call your bank

What type of card are you using. Are you an existing customer whose renewal date has come up or are you new setting up Autopay?
