Just tried to activate a new sim. This error message came up when trying to activate. However, the credit card was charged for $135.60.

Looks like you'll need the mods to help. @Shazia_K
You should send them a private message including the SIM card number (and if porting, the phone number you tried to port) . Here's how to contact them:
