I changed the phone number on my account and now am unable to use a voucher to top up. Does the payment not follow the phone number?

A public mobile voucher should be good no matter the number.

Does it give you a error message..??
Please note: some vouchers have two 12 digit number..
Check your voucher again...

When and where did you purchase the voucher? Some take an hour to activate others a few hours and some may take 24 hours.
What message are your receiving?
There is two ways to add a voucher.
Call 611
Or log into self serve and make a payment.
