Unable to update payment method

When I try to update my payment method, it says "Sorry, we’re not able to process this request at this time. Please try again later." and I am not able to update it. Anyone knows why and when this can be fixed?

hi !

so today, i am unable to update my payment credit card information on the PM APP.

it asks me to put in my postal code, but as soon as i start typing it in, it freezes. i can't get past the first letter.

i deleted the app, and re-installed the app 4 times, i have location on, and the same issue. it freezes when i try to type in my postal code.

by the way, previously i never had to put in my postal code just to update my payment information.

please help. thanks !!

It never worked on a browser to me. The only successful method I know as of now is through the PM App.

I think there is a bug on the browser page, but I guess PM never bothers to fix it.

 Incognito mode is not working for me, in order to update my cc info. and i am not too comfortable having my cc info on the PM app. is there any other way to resolve this ?...so annoying ! thank you.

Try using the PM app on your device if you haven’t already. Ensure location services is turned on. I had success with that a few weeks ago. Also, it has been suggested to use Incognito mode if using the website.
