Anyone have a number for an actual person at public. My card expires shortly and have tried everything...space and no space for postal code exact name caps and no caps...but it states unprocessed by card issuer but my credit card company say it's public. Can't get it resolved and quite frustrated...yes I have cleared my cash and deleted everything and compared all info to my credit card info....my husband has the same problem

We put a ticket in yesterday and are communicating with an agent now thank you for your quick response.

As a stopgap measure, you could purchase a PM payment voucher to cover the amount of the Plan Renewal until credit card update completed.
If after trying you must contact public mobile , to contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
