@Redan

A few things may be happening here:

  1. If you performed an immediate plan change, as opposed to allowing your current cycle to expire before renewing to the changed plan, you may see funds being taken on a renewal in addition to the immediate plan change
  2. If you had (by accident) made 2 payments, you'll almost surely see the 'excess' payment displaying under available balance here HALIMACS_0-1638620177302.png

  3. It may be also possible that the extra payment is displaying under your payment card's unauthorized (or pending) charges and it may drop off after the plan change payment has settled.

 @Redan : Do you possibly see that extra payment in your Available Funds?

Did you perform an immediate plan change?  If so, the payment and time remaining on the original plan has been forfeited.

When was your renewal date? If you chose change plan immediately ….you will be charged again.
