Here’s the process for changing plans, first login to Self Serve to this screen:
Then, click Change Plan:
Then select desired Plan:
Then choose Change on Next Renewal Date:

@dominiknelkis selfserve.publicmobile.ca and click on plans and add-ons and change plan. Schedule the change for the next renewal or else you lose the rest of the $40 that you already paid.
