I am having an issue with transferring my information from my android phone (with a physical sim card) and my newly purchased Iphone (with esim) and i am unable to submit an actual ticket to talk to someone. Ive ticked all the boxes, made sure all the information is there. I cant use my Iphone unless this is set up. Any help is appreciated.
