Confirmed with my Bell that my number has been ported, but sms seems to not have transferred, how can I get the complete the transfer?

Same problem. Ported a friend from Bell on sunday. Its very embarrassing. Hes without SMS now because he listened to me recc for public mobile. WILL SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP? CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WAITING ON TECHS 4 DAYS ALREADY

I have the same issue. ported from Bell yesterday, still no SMS / MMS. calls and data work fine. Opened a ticket and they said it could be up to 72hrs

@Opa62 A few people seem to be having problems with SMS today, if restarting the phone with the PM sim doesn't help then contact customer service using the chat/message icon below to submit a ticket. If the chatbot doesn't work then send support a private message using this link

Are you receiving calls?Is your Bell number still active? Try rebooting.
