Hi
I'm having difficulty logging on to Self Service account. I forgot my password. I tried resetting it with security question. THe link i get showing expired when I click it.
Please help. I just need my PB account number.

Sorry to hear your having an issue. The password reset button function has not been working correctly for sometime now. In order to have your password reset you will need the assistance of the moderators. Use this link: @CS_Agent, provide them with your name, account number and a brief explanation of your issue and they will be able to manually reset your password for you.

The 'forgot password' feature on the website is broken at the moment. In order to reset your password, you will have to send a message to the Moderators and they will be able to help you reset your password.
To send a message to the Moderators, follow the below link and be sure to include your phone number, pin and any other account details you may have along with your issue:
