Created an account yesterday, was on an esim.with Fido, setup with esim on Public.
I have outgoing calls and internet but no incoming. I don't have access to my old sms or number because esim was replaced disabling the old.
I can't login to my public account on the app because it sends an SMS to the number which I don't have access to anymore. I am stuck in limbo. I have sent a pm to csagent. I trust in a quick resolution as I am on call for work and now they can't contact me. Frustrated!
Any suggestions welcome.
