Hello, I am unable to receive phone calls. I believe the porting of my phone number was unsuccessful and I no longer have the SIM card of my previous provider. I never received a porting request SMS.

Check this for APN instructions:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/set-up-data-on-an-android-phone
And use this website to find your phone's apn settings: https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en
Worth double checking to see if it's the culprit. If not, I'd submit a ticket.
Please be aware that APN setings have no effect on the ability to make or receive phone calls.

You can always submit a ticket via SIMon https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/chatbot
Follow the prompts and eventually you can submit a ticket.
Or you can message someone via private message: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
Hope this helps a bit. I've had great help from them.
