Unable to receive call

I just switches from fizz and i’m not able to receive calls. I received the text message to confirm the transfer, the transfer was approved, but publicmobile informed me there was an error. 

I tried submitting a ticket,, but support keeps repeating the same thing and it’s now working.

Ok finally it’s working. I did not do anything. I think there was just a delay since so many people jumped on the 50% offer.

Can you please also send me the porting support team number? I transferred my number last night, but public immediately sent me a text saying there’s problem transferring my number due to incorrect ESN/MEID. Currently can only call out but cannot receive call, send/receive text
