I just got a new phone and I'm trying to purchase an eSIM on the new phone. However, each time I try to purchase it on the Public Mobile app I get the following error message:
"Your SIM purchase appears to be having issues. Please try again later or reach out to our support team for help."
Happened last night, tried again today and same message. Any help is appreciated.

Reinstalling the app did not work so I just submitted a ticket. Thanks though!

that is a new error, I don't think anyone posted this error before
try to uninstall the app, reinstall and try buying
if you get the same error, please ask agent to help to re-buy the esim
please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
