Hi Guys,
I am trying to activate my sim card but was unable to port from Wind Mobile.
Any help would be appreciated.

@anom Try entering the infomation again. Except this time just enter your account number (no spaces or dashes), alt number (e.g. home phone), name that is on your Wind account.
Make sure to check "I am authorize..." before entering any info.

Hi @Kaiyo, I am stuck the porting part. I have entered my Account #. IMEI, Name, etc. when I press continue it gives me an error saying unable to port please contact Public Mobile Community for more info.

Hi @anom
If it's impossible to port your number from wind now, just take or choose a temporary number and you'll port your number out after the process.
