Unable to pay for plan

Hey, I'm trying to make a payment for my plan but when I try to pay it says my account has enough balance even though my service is not working/payed for. Any help would be appreciated!

You could also pay via 611, see if that works. Please keep us updated.

I find it a lot easier to add vouchers via 611, works great for me. Last time I used a real time voucher and that was even better.
