Hi there just need help paying my phone bill it keeps saying my card could not be verified

Got to nearest Walmart store and tell them to buy a public mobile payments. They will give you a code with help of that code you can pay your bill.

If you need to make a payment right away then you could use recharge.com or ding.com but there is a service charge.

While you figure out why it's not working, you could use vouchers from many stores or a couple online. Or use Instant Top-up from a few stores. Just to get money in your account.

Then when the payment card can get entered just add a dollar to test.

This usually means that the address entered does!n't match what the credit card issuer is expecting. I wouldn't keep trying to many times though because you might find your card locked out from usage.  Your bank would probably be able to provide some insight about what happened.
