Hi, I’m unable to make a payment for my son in his account. When I click on make payment, it won’t allow me to! He’s hiking and has no service. Is there any way I can make payment when I call 611 from my phone

@Johnnyboy Is it your credit card or your son's credit card in the Public Mobile account? Even for a family member, a parent can't go into someone elses account without permission or make charges to a family member's credit card. If you don't have time to go to the store to buy a voucher, Muskbird.com sells real time payments that can be deposited automatically into your son's account but it costs a little extra.

You can login to his account online and have the 2FA code sent to his email.
Once in his account, you can go to Payment tab>Add Funds with Credit Card.
Another option is to call 1-855-4PUBLIC and you will need his security PIN.
Otherwise, wait until he comes home and dial 611 on his phone and make a manual payment with CC, debit or voucher.
