Unable to make calls late this morning

This morning, two phones here didn't work. When trying to dial, one had a message that the plan did not include voice minutes, while the other said that all lines were busy. Then after a few minutes, outgoing calls started working again.

"You get what you pay for" seems to apply more and more to Public Mobile.

When I need to make a call, I need to make a call. Although I use my phone more for email and calendars, trying later to make a call is not an option.

Two of the people I had referred to PM have jumped ship.

I doubt very much that a "you need a voice option in your plan" is a network issue.

Establishing a call on PublicMobile and Koodo prepaid adds an extra step.

Actually i had this problem twice in many many months.  It doesnt last long, just waited for some minutes, it worked again.  Maybe some glitch on telus network or its just too busy. 

If it happens for too long, definitely need to contact public mobile to fix if its network issue.

The phones I was talking about was a friend's and mine.

This is unusal.  I have not seen any reports of service outages today.  What part of the country are you referring to?
