Unable to login to update payment method

New in Town / Nouveau en Ville

Login on desktop, laptop and mobile app are all failing, just brings me back to the login page. I need to update my payment method, please assist.

I am in the west coast so have to wait 3 hours for me.

Sometimes the system locks people out for more than the indicated hour. Try "Forgot Password", wait for confirmation email, and if necessary "Did not receive Code; send to email instead".

@BKNS27- ??? All of Canada is now 2 hours past 10 eastern.

The website and app are under maintenance until 10:00am EST.

There was a website maintenance issue overnight to 8 AM ET.  I just check my account and I was able to get the payment management page.  

Sometimes if you try too many times, you will get locked out for one hour.  You can try again in one hour.  Maybe clear cache, incognito/privacey mode or a different web browser.  

I will move your post the main support section of the website. Not as many members view the Lounge section.
