Unable to login to my account

I keep getting told I am locked out. The first time I attempted to login I was told I tried too many times and I was locked out for an hour. I waited and tried again and same thing. I tried the forgot email and forgot password but it doesn’t work , almost like an endless loop. We were trying to add optional roaming but can’t access valid account. Any tips

Thanks Softech, when I switched to incognito I was able to login. I tried the app after that and it worked as well. Thanks to your quick response I was able to set up our roaming coverage before we leave tomorrow. Greatly appreciated. RonnieV

or ues Incognito mode to reset password and use the same  incognitive mode to login

if same, Please open ticket with PM support:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at: 
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
