Hi,
I am unable to login to my new self serve account, I have attempted to reset the password too many times (the emails were delayed) and now It has locked me out of my account (I am unable to reset my password).

22 mins to be exact but may be it's YMMV. Due to many attempts, OP's account is locked and so the password cannot be reset using the Forgot Password link. The account needs to be unlocked by mods.
Is it true that accounts locked due to too many incorrect password attempts can only be unlocked by the moderator team? There is no time based self unlocking?

I think a fellow community member mentioned that the password reset function works now (@NDesai), but it takes an hour or so to get the password reset link by email.
However, you can always send in a private message to the moderator team as per the link below:

@cadder Since your account is locked, you will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account info.
