Hi, whenever I try to log in to my account, I get a message saying that "Sorry, your login attempt was invalid". The PM rep that I messaged then reset my credentials, leaving me with a different password, but when I tried THAT one, it still gave me the same message. So now, I'm stuck. Can anyone please advise?

@JYZero Sorry to hear you are not able to login to Self-serve account. Can you please let us know if you were able to login to self serve? and if you have or had account with Koodo and were using same email address for self serve as Koodo?
If you had Koodo account and using same email address then please click on Contact Us and email away and please do mention in the email that you previously had koodo account so that specialist team can delete the old account to rectify the issue.
