I'm unable to log in to me account anymore (password and/or email address rejected). Resetting password also does not work. Requested a security code to both email address and phone number and it is never sent (did not end up in junk folder either).

I am having the same issue I cannot believe this! I had to reset the password although I know it was right... I ended up going thru text (phone then web) to reset it, because validating my email did nothing.

Hi @ericembacher then should be good. You can try turn off the phone for 5 mins and test according to PM help post earlier

Hi @ericembacher when was the last time you paid for the service? when was the last time you can use the service? The phone shows connected?
Try submit ticket with PM CS agent
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
