When clicking to sign in I'm just redirected to the public mobile homepage, is anyone else having this issue?

CS_Agent wouldn't be able to do anything about this.  Self Serve is down for all customers.

I'm experiencing the same issue! I'm trying to buy a data add-on and can't get out of the homepage. No matter what I do I'm redirected there!
