Unable to install eSIM

I tried rescanning the QR code, but it wouldn't work.

Getting error "Unable to activate esim. you can try again or contact your carrier for assistance."

Please help me activate my public mobile number as i have already lost 3 days and also paying for the other provider.

The above is something that you're going to need to discuss with the customer support agent privately.

I did try, and I submitted a ticket 2 days back. No response yet.

try reboot phone and relogin the app

and check if the the PM esim already installed on the phone, check sim Manager or Settings -> Cellular.  If not there, ask PM support agent to help, you can submit  ticket by direct message:
