I was originally using a web browser when I was signing up for a subscription. I was able to successfully complete the payment, and the last page informed me to use the Public Mobile App for the Sim card. When I went into the app, it brought me back all the way to the subscription page. I tried to proceed but I just get an error about my account configuration. Sent a couple tickets but no one has got back to me yet and it seems the live chat is always full. Any help here would be appreciated.

Thanks for the quick responses! Yes, I was able to login in the app and it just brought me into the subscriptions page again. Once I try to proceed past the payment page I will get an error about my account configuration. I'm guessing it might be because the payment went through previously?
@hTideGnow I've only submitted tickets over the weekend and yesterday, but I'll try private messages as you mentioned.

@hermanyu , I believe that occurred because you are using 2 different sources to sign up for the service. Try to login into the APP with the same username and password you previously created and see if you brings you back to the step you were previously on.
Let us know what happens after!

yes, you should start with using app to activate for less trouble
But no worries, with the app, you were able to login with the email and password you setup? it was after the login they brought you back to the activation page?
If that is the case, you really need agent to check. And sounds like you have already sent them a message here?

If did already, how long you sent them messge? they might reply within 2 hours. Check the Community inbox for their reply (not email)
and if no reply after 4 hours of first message, message them again
