@CS_Comms My account is locked for more than one day, I need to get connected with a moderator or customer support to find my account number. Any suggestions? Thank you.

@Maggiebai4458 , my account # was included in my welcome email but I am not sure if they include it anymore!
Since theres still an extended wait time to get a response back from CS_Agents include as much information as you can to identify yourself ( example: your full name, email address, phone number & pin#) & exactly what you need from one to make the process go faster when you send the message.
