Hello.
I'm unable to create a ticket, it goes to a login screen, but the login button never actually does anything.
I'm trying to active my plan, while porting over an exiting number and got the error code 821. When I tried again it said my phone number wasn't valid.
Please help me with your broken website and activating my phone.

I was able to submit a ticket request by using Internet Explorer, de-selected the USE above mailing address and typed my mailing address in manually. This allowed me to submit. Hope that all helps.

@lindseygetson Broken I must agree, try using a diferent browser in ingognito mode that may help, is your old account active? it must be to port your number to contact cs agent pm them here

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
