Purchased sim at a Walmart and assigned a phone number. Now trying to log into self serve and unable to. Try to create a new account and says number is not valid or account is already set up. Try to reset password, account doesn’t exist. Help please!

Out of curiosity, did you port a number over of did you get a new number? if you ported is it possible the port did not complete or still in progress (ie does the old sim work)? and that could be the issue?

Takes around 48 hours to get a reply but you may be surprised and get a quicker response.
When you send your message include as much info as you can including your phone number email address so when they reply to you there not asking you for this info and you need to then wait again for them.

Thank you. I tried the chrome incognito and that didn’t work either. Will contact mod. Just out of curiosity are the mods users? Or public employees that can actually look up account info? Thanks again for your help

So when you try to create your account, the system isn't recognizing your tel. number?
Double check you are entering in the number correctly and there's no spaces between the digits.

@blabarnes hi there have been a few issues with self serve the last few days you may have to wait an hour then try again using chrome in ingognito mode if it still wont let you create your self serve account then contact moderators here
