Activation paid but no eSIM was generated and I did not receive a QR code. After submitting activation in the app, the app keeps showing an error and loops back to activation. The website only shows ‘Finish setup in the app’ with my payment receipt. No Public Mobile line appears in Settings → Cellular. Please reset my subscription and regenerate my eSIM.

You need to download the app to finish the process. The app downloads the eSIM for you.
